A General Welcome
Welcome to my world. It's a world where images are not just captured, but also manipulated, changed, combined and generally beaten into submission. Traditionalists might decry what I do with some of my photographs, but I pride myself on doing the unexpected instead of following the crowd and doing what others have already exploited. This has helped me win awards for my photography and photo manipulation.
This site is a compilation of artistic expressions I have made both within the camera as well as in post-production, including a sampling of my graphic design and advertising projects. Its a display not only of what I have done, but what I can do . . . for you. I accept both individual and commercial projects, so if you see something that interests you please contact me through the site here.
NOTE: I have added a new page demonstrating how I change images in Photoshop for my fantasy collection. Follow the link below to see the before and after.
Upcoming and Current Events
NOTICE: If you like the larger and more expensive works available, PayPal now offers 6 month financing available through this site. Yes, you can finance any purchase over $99.00.
My work is now on display at The Boathouse on Middle Street in downtown New Bern. The Boathouse is a great place to find unique and prized nautical gifts of any description. Many are custom made for the store and cannot be found anywhere else.
My images are also on permanent display at Savage's Pizza, 303 Metcalf St. in New Bern. Come in and have the only wood fired pizza in New Bern and enjoy some pretty nifty wall decor, if I say so myself.
I am also participating in the continuing photo exhibit at the clubhouse at Carolina Colors in New Bern. The Coastal Photo Club has a large display of fine photography for viewing and for sale. Many prints (mine included) are available to be purchased. The organization also has a fine display in the Pamlico Heritage Museum, 10642 Hwy 55 E in Grantsboro, NC.
I should also mention that much of my work is on the walls at the club house at Bridgeton Harbor Marina in Bridgeton, NC.
Sea Doggerels, my first book of poetry, has been launched and the fourth order of printed copies are en route to me even as we (metaphorically) speak. It's a small work, 36 pages, but fun and amusing to read. You can see the cover, 3 sample pages, listen to the reading from the launch party and purchase signed copies HERE.
